name tracing forleft-handed kids

On these sheets the model name sits at the top, not at the start of each line, so a left hand never covers it while writing. Type the name and print: tracing, dotted letters, coloring and a name puzzle. Free, no sign-up.

For left-handed writers

Three things that help a left-handed child

  1. Tilt the top of the paper to the right, about 30–35°, and place it a little left of the middle of the body. The right hand holds the paper.
  2. Hold the pencil about 1–1.5 inches (2.5–4 cm) from the point; a mark on the pencil reminds them where.
  3. Keep the wrist straight and the hand below the line they are writing on: that avoids the “hook”.
